Roundtable Discussion: Charting an Alternative Path to Knowledge

Organized by the Asia Research Centre, Universitas Indonesia (ARC UI) and Anotasi as part of Project ALT, this roundtable discussion brought together speakers from education, publishing, media, design, art, literature, advocacy, and activism to reflect on how each of them built their own path to knowledge, through choices made under pressure, and practices carried on with no guarantee of where they'd lead.

Rather than starting from a fixed definition, the session opened space for each speaker to share how knowledge is produced, shared, and exchanged through everyday practice. Each of the eight speakers gave a five-minute position paper, followed by an open discussion with the audience.
